Below is the registration and enrollment for LOTH University students. Please make sure that you fill out the information in its entirety.

If you are a family member of a LOTH sister, please use HER email address for "TIDBITS"; and YOUR email address for the Alternate.

If you are a non-LOTH member, please put your main email address in the "Tidbits" section, and 1 alternate in the "Alt Mail" section. You must have an alternate email to be enrolled in LOTH-U. You can get one at Yahoo or Hotmail.

**We request your mailing address to mail you your Certificate of Completion. Your information is kept completely private and is never sold or distributed as privacy of our members, and non-members is strictly confidential.



Student Registration begins AUGUST 1, 2002

Please understand that you will not receive enrollment confirmation until your PayPal tuition or check/money order is received and has cleared.

COURSE SELECTIONS

All information requested below can be found in our Course Catalog.

Please note that your tuition fee of $5.00 covers only 2 classes. Students who wish to enroll in more than 2 classes per term will be charged an addition tuition fee of $5.00. Example: $5.00 = 2 classes; $10.00 = 3 or 4 classes; $15.00 = 5 or 6 classes.

LOTH-U Education Department is not responsible for incomplete enrollments; classes being filled; and/or incorrect emails.

It is extremely important to you as a student to register at our FORUMS MESSAGE CENTER (included in your Welcome to LOTH U Letter). If you do not register at the forum by the first day of classes, your registration will be void. Tuition fees are non-refundable.
